I've been seeing this sign for the past couple of weeks and I still can't figure out what it means. Any thoughts?

I'm trying to visit as many of the NaBloPoMo blogs as I can and I thought I'd say hi, I liked your blog.. :) I'm sorry I don't think there is any explanation for that sign.. ;) It makes no sense!
I like that sign. I saw it too and wondered about it. Sounds...poetic?
